Meet Ginger Leatherwood

Ginger Leatherwood brings to her team 10+ years of real estate experience and over $55 million in sales, representing clients throughout the DFW metroplex. She is a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and excels in client services, building relationships and having a great understanding of her client’s needs – all of which make the home buying or selling process a unique and smooth experience. Her enthusiastic energy and sincere compassion for people allow her to work tirelessly to connect with her clients on a personal level.

Ginger grew up in Conroe, TX, and graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor of science degree. Her amazing eye for style and polished image along with her knowledge of the latest market trends and exceptional communication skills, are highlights to note when working with her. Her love of life shines through, her work ethic reflects a calling to do more than is necessary, and she puts her clients’ wants and needs above her own. Over the past decade, Ginger has been involved in the sales and marketing of millions of dollars of real estate in areas such as Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, Argyle and Las Colinas among many others.

Ginger and her husband Jim reside in Southlake, raising their four children. Their daughter Claire graduated from Oklahoma State, son Owen is a sophomore at Ole Miss, son Parker is a junior at Colleyville Heritage and daughter Emerson is an 8th grader at Grapevine Middle. She has devoted numerous years serving and investing in the lives of people through her community, schools, and church.
